Problem

Customer care: The enrollment process was manual and needed several tables and tools in the internal database. Sometimes, the Product and Engineering teams had to help.

Business: Customer Care needed more time to enter data, causing slower responses. If students fell behind early on, they could request for a refund.

Solution

We created an enrollment tool that streamlines the enrollment flow into a digestible form, making it quick for Customer Care to select and add the necessary information.

Outcome

Save time: Reduce manual processing time by 96%, saving 50–100+ hours/month

Streamline process: Allows the Customer Care to own the full enrollment process.
